  Metssa offers a real time communication tool to the customer. This system allows the customer to make service requests and check their progress, quickly and simply.
  
  The service offers two principal advantages:
  - Reliable flow of information between customer and Metssa in real time.
  - Possibility to analyze the information provided by the informatic system, which will indicate the level of service given by Metssa (reaction time since service request is realized, time of repair of the equipment...)
  The customer, who requests this, will have direct exclusive access to the system.
- Follow-up of resources: TCR system provides a complete history of the maintenance and repair of all the equipment available to the customer (including time spent in repair, part replacements, preventive maintenance details...)
